Hello,

I’m a lover of sociology and I really like the topic: ’TV and society’. :-)
I think the television commercial voice overs affect the emotions of the viewers to a high degree like soap operas and its performers. The viewers identify themselves with the actors, and start to feel that their lives are as eventful and thrilling as the actors’ „lives” in series.
As we give importance to voices in real life, we can be dependent on voices in commercials, too.
The most thought-provoking fact in this topic is that the more time we hear a certain voice, the more we feel it’s our friend.
Despite the society’s becoming a coatch potato, the commercial voice overs are more and more viewer-friendly and are our friends.
